Bengal has bagged the award for the best destination for culture in the internationally acclaimed World Travel Awards. The trophy will be conferred in Berlin next year.
The award will be conferred by Pacific Area Travel Writers Association, an affiliate of the UN World Tourism Organization on March 9 next year in Berlin.
The Pacific Area Travel Writers Association (PATWA) is a professional organisation of travel writers that was founded in 1998. It works with both the public and the private sector to support sustainable growth and improve the quality of travel and tourism.
