A total of 697 vacancies for the positions of HSSC Land Patwari Posts were announced under Development & Panchayat Department, Haryana, and this exam was conducted by the HSSC.     Eligibility Criteria

    Essential Educational Qualification for HSSC Gram Sachiv Exam:

    (A) Graduate or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University.

    (B) Up to Matric or higher education as one of the subjects in Hindi or Sanskrit.

     

    Age limit:

    The age limit of the applicants should be between 17 years to 42 years.

    Exam Pattern

    Schemes of the HSSC Gram Sachiv Selection Procedure:

    The examination/selection will be based on the following process.

    The selection scheme for the Gram Sachiv positions shall consist of a total of 100 marks.

     90 marks for Written Exam

     10 marks for Socio-Economic Criteria & Experience

    Important Note:

    I. The questions on the papers will be of the objective type.

    II. Total Number of Questions is 90.

    III. For each correct answer candidate will get a 01 (one) mark.

    IV. Each incorrect answer there will be no negative marks.

    V. The Examination is either Online (CBT) or OMR Based.

     

    Scheme of HSSC Gram Sachiv Socio-Economic Criteria and Experience:

    Under no circumstances will a candidate be given more than 10 marks for socio-economic criteria and experience.

    (A) If neither the applicant nor any member of the applicant's family (father, mother, spouse, brother, or son) is, was, or has been a regular employee in any Board/ Department/Company/ Statutory Body/ Corporation/ Commission/ Authority of the Government of Haryana or any other State Government or Government of India, the applicant will be eligible for 5 marks.

    (B) If the applicant is a widow or the first or second child, and his father died before the applicant reached the age of 42 or the first or second child, and his father died before the applicant reached the age of 15, the applicant will be awarded 5 marks again.

    (C) If the applicant belongs to a denotified tribe (Vimukt Jatis and Tapriwas Jatis) or a Nomadic tribe of the state of Haryana that is neither a Scheduled Caste nor a Backward Class, he or she will receive 5 marks under this criteria.

    (D) Experience - One-half (0.5) mark for each year or part thereof of experience exceeding six months on the same or a higher post in any Department/ Board/ Corporation/ Company/ Statutory Body/ Commission/ Authority of the Government of Haryana. There will be no marks awarded for any period less than six months. (Maximum of 8 marks)
