Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has signed a contract with the government of Mauritius to export the advanced version of the Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH Mark III).
This export of helicopter (ALH Mk III) will be used by the Mauritius country's police force to strengthen the administrative service in their country.
This helicopter made in India, is an indigenous and multi-role, multi-mission versatile helicopter in the 5.5-tonne category.
It has proved its mettle in various utility roles including several life-saving missions during natural calamities in India and abroad.
