Vivek Agarwal, a 1994-batch officer of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), is now holding additional charge as the Director of FIU-India.
He is also seen serving in the revenue department of the finance ministry as an additional secretary.
FIU-India is an organisation that collects financial intelligence under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and through this helps the Government to combate crimes.
Vivek Agarwal's extended tenure as Director of this organization is expected to be his effective contribution.
