IndusInd Bank's board has approved the reappointment of Sumant Kathpalia as MD & CEO for a three-year term from March 24, 2025, to March 23, 2028, subject to RBI and shareholder approval, recognizing his contributions to the bank's turnaround and growth since 2020.
