Sana Mir, a Pakistan cricket legend, has been appointed as the ambassador for the upcoming ICC Women's T20 World Cup Qualifier, bringing her extensive experience to the event after representing Pakistan in 226 international games.
The Women's T20 World Cup Qualifier will feature 10 teams competing for two spots at the ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2024 in Bangladesh, with the teams divided into two groups of five.
The top two teams from each group will advance to the semi-finals, with the winners of the semi-finals earning their place in the T20 World Cup later this year, adding significant stakes to the qualifier tournament.
