Rashmi Kumari, a two-time World Champion, has won her third Federation Cup title in Varanasi.
Rashmi Kumari is India's most accomplished female carrom player.
It was her third Federation Cup victory, following victories in 2012 and 2010.
Rashmi Kumari has won the World Cup twice, the ICF Cup twice, the SAARC Cup four times and the Asian Cup three times.
