  • The Ministry of Ayush has unveiled “Yoga 365” during Yoga Mahotsav–2026 to transform yoga from an annual celebration into a daily habit. Despite 95% awareness across India, regular practice remains low. To combat this, the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY) has partnered with digital platforms to provide free, guided online sessions.
  • The initiative integrates with existing programs like the Y-Break for corporate employees and therapeutic modules for non-communicable diseases. By leveraging technology, the government aims to embed yoga into the national culture of wellness, targeting physical fitness and mental clarity year-round.
