R. Doraiswamy officially took charge as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of LIC on Monday, following a formal appointment by the Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance. His tenure will be for three years from the date of assuming office or until he turns 62. A 17th batch direct recruit, Doraiswamy brings over 39 years of experience across operations, marketing, technology, and training at LIC.
