In a collaborative maritime effort, the coast guards of India, the U.S., Japan, and Australia launched the 'QUAD At Sea Observer Mission'. Officers, including women representatives from all four nations, have joined the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Stratton for joint observation exercises en route to Guam, under the Wilmington Declaration to enhance Indo-Pacific maritime security and interoperability.
