The country's oil distribution company Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has got a new chairman.
The Public Enterprises Selection Board has elected Pushp Kumar Joshi as the new Chairman and MD.
HPCL is a Maharatna company and was originally incorporated as a company under the Indian Companies Act 1913.
It is also listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange.
