Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) has announced that Priya Nair, currently serving as Unilever’s President for Beauty and Well-being, will take over as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of HUL from August 1, 2025. This marks a historic milestone as she will be the first woman to occupy this top leadership role in the company’s history. Subject to regulatory approvals, Ms. Nair will also join the HUL Board and continue her role as part of the Unilever Leadership Executive. The current CEO and MD, Rohit Jawa, will formally step down on July 31.
