Smt. Droupadi Murmu conferred the 5th National Water Awards, 2023 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi, in which 38 winners were felicitated in nine categories.
Odisha bagged the first prize for the best state, while Uttar Pradesh stood second and Gujarat and Puducherry jointly secured the third position.
