  • Lieutenant Governor Manoj Saxena and Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha administered the oath of office to Abdullah and his council of ministers at the Sher-e-Kashmir International Convention Centre (SKICC) in Srinagar.
