Rakesh Pal, Director General, Indian Coast Guard inaugurated the Indian Coast Guard's Aquatic Station at ICGS Mandapam near Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu on 6 April 2024.
Director General Rakesh Pal is on a 4-day visit to Indian Coast Guard bases in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Puducherry.
He reviewed the operational preparedness and development of conforming infrastructure in the region.
The Director General also visited ICG Station Krishnapatnam and directly reviewed the infrastructure projects.
He also interacted with officers and men of the maritime force to share his vision for common goal of safe, secure and clean seas.
