India and Vietnam have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation to boost tribal and ethnic development.
During a high-level meeting in New Delhi, leaders discussed sharing best practices in sustainable agriculture, healthcare, and cultural preservation. This partnership aligns with India’s Act East Policy, leveraging shared Buddhist traditions and civilisational links to empower Vietnam’s 54 ethnic groups and India’s tribal communities.
