Sanjay Kaul, a 2001 batch IAS officer from the Kerala cadre, has been named Managing Director and CEO of GIFT City (Gujarat International Finance Tec-City) in Gandhinagar. Appointed by Gujarat’s General Administration Department, Kaul will serve on deputation for three years or until further notice.
