  • The launch took place at the Durbar Hall, Raj Bhavan, Donapaula, in collaboration with the Sports Authority of Goa and the Department of Sports and Youth Affairs.
  • The 'Mashal' will travel through Goa and other states for four days, especially in rural areas to encourage enthusiasm and participation.
