Federal Bank has appointed Venkatraman Venkateswaran as its new executive director following the departure of Shalini Warrier. The Reserve Bank of India has approved the appointment, which takes effect from July 10 for a tenure of three years. Venkateswaran, 59, currently serves as the Bank’s Group President and Chief Financial Officer, overseeing functions such as credit administration, financial reporting, and recovery operations.
