The Union Cabinet has approved the “Prime Minister Dhan-Dhaanya Krishi Yojana” from 2025–26 to 2030–31. Inspired by the Aspirational Districts Programme, the scheme will focus on boosting farm productivity, encouraging crop diversification, strengthening post-harvest infrastructure, and improving irrigation and credit in 100 districts. It will integrate 36 schemes from 11 departments alongside private and state initiatives.
