  • Bank of Singapore, one of Asia’s largest private banks has appointed former Julius Baer banker Jason Moo as its new CEO effective from March 6.
  • Moo will replace Vincent Choo, a board member who assumed the role of interim CEO on January 1 following the retirement of ex-CEO Bahren Shaari on December 31.
  • He has more than 25 years of experience in private banking, wealth management and capital markets, most recently at Julius Baer as its Southeast Asia head of private banking and Singapore branch manager. 
  • Previously, he also spent 22 years at Goldman Sachs, in part leading various private banking units in Asia.
