Aviation regulator Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) chief Vikram Dev Dutt has been appointed as Coal Secretary.
Dutt is a 1993 batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of Arunachal Pradesh-Goa-Mizoram and Union Territory (AGMUT) cadre.
