Union Minister of Ports, Shipping & Waterways and MP from Dibrugarh, Shri Sarbananda Sonowal, along with Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma, distributed capital assistance under the “Mukhyamantri Mahila Udyamita Abhiyan” in Dibrugarh. Over 14,000 women from the Dibrugarh LAC benefited from the initiative, each receiving ₹10,000 as seed capital to support entrepreneurship and financial independence.
