AISSEE(All india Sainik school Entrance Exam) is an entrance test for candidates who are seeking for admission in Sainik schools for classes 6th and 9th. AISSEE is conducted by Sainik schools Society. Selection of applicants will be made on the basis of their marks obtained in written entrance exam in All india Sainik school Entrance Exam (AISSEE). Sainik Schools are residential schools(for only boys) which are affiliated to CBSE. The purpose of sainik schools is to prepare Cadets to join the National Defence Academy. It enables boys from economically weaker sections of the society to take up an illustrious career as officer in the Armed Forces of the Nation and other celebrated professions.
