Saudi Arabia and Russia have entered a new phase of strategic cooperation by signing a mutual visa-free agreement, allowing citizens of both countries to travel to each other’s nation for up to 90 days without a visa. The agreement was signed during the Riyadh Investment Forum by Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan and Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak. It applies to tourism, business, and family visits, while work, study, long-term residence, and Hajj require separate visas. The initiative aims to strengthen economic, investment, and cultural ties between the two nations.
