Rohit Sharma made history on during India’s first ODI against South Africa in Ranchi by becoming the highest six-hitter in ODI cricket, hitting 352 sixes and surpassing Pakistan’s Shahid Afridi (351). The 38-year-old, known as the “Hitman,” achieved this milestone while scoring 57 runs off 50 balls, including three sixes. Rohit’s career includes over 10,000 ODI runs, three double centuries, and leadership of India to the Champions Trophy 2025, cementing his legacy as a modern-day limited-overs maestro.
