BBC. The full name of is British Broadcasting Corporation.
Recently Dr. Sameer Shah has been appointed as its President.
He has been appointed by the British Government.
He will replace Richard Sharp on this post.
Richard Sharp was removed as BBC chief in April 2024.
Shah's appointment will be approved by the parliamentary committee.
Samir Shah was awarded a CBE from Queen Elizabeth II in 2019 for services to television and heritage.
Sameer was awarded a CBE in 2019 for services to heritage and TV.
