·         Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav launched Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana, a program under the aegis of Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana, on September 17, 2021.

·         Under Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana, 50,000 candidates will be provided training over a period of three years.

·         A total of 75 Railway Training Institutes from across the country have been shortlisted to provide training in the mentioned disciplines to engage youth from across the country.
