  • The National Statistics Office (NSO) under MoSPI has launched the first-ever Annual Survey of Incorporated Services Sector Enterprises (ASISSE) for the financial year 2024-25. The survey will cover over 1.21 lakh incorporated service sector enterprises across India using the GSTN database.
  • It aims to create a comprehensive database of key services like trade, transport, IT, education, and health, which contribute significantly to India’s GDP. Alongside the survey, NSO released a user-friendly guide titled “Know Your Survey” to promote transparency and ease of compliance for participating enterprises.
