  • Data analytics company YouGov has released a list of 20 most admired personalities in the world based on its survey.
  • Former US President Barack Obama topped the men's list, while his wife Michelle Obama topped the women's list.
  • PM of India Shri Narendra Modi is ranked eighth on this list. Aside from that, the names of five more Indian celebrities are included in this list.
  • In the list of 20 most admired men, along with Prime Minister Modi, former cricketer Sachin Tendulkar has been ranked 12th, actor Shahrukh Khan at 14th, Indian cinema megastar Amitabh Bachchan at 15th, and cricketer Virat Kohli at 18th.
  • This year's survey included over 42000 people from 38 countries, according to the company. Last year, Barack Obama was ranked first.
  • At the same time, Prime Minister Narendra Modi was ranked fourth in the 2020 list, but he has dropped to eighth this year.
