India B (Manipur) defeated Colombia 8–5 to win the 15th Manipur Polo International Tournament, held as part of the Sangai Festival 2025. The final at the historic Mapal Kangjeibung—one of the world’s oldest polo grounds—showcased Manipur’s speed, coordination and polo heritage. Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla led the closing ceremony, releasing the event souvenir and presenting awards. With international teams participating, the tournament boosted Manipur’s global sporting stature and celebrated its deep equestrian tradition.
