Google Pay, in partnership with Axis Bank, has launched the co-branded FLEX credit card on the RuPay network, enabling UPI-linked credit payments for everyday transactions. Users can make QR-based payments on credit with instant rewards or cashback. The card offers fully digital issuance through the Google Pay app. Alongside FLEX, Google Pay introduced Pocket Money for supervised spending and new AI-powered merchant tools, strengthening India’s digital payments ecosystem and promoting financial inclusion and responsible digital finance.
