The logo, theme song, and mascot ‘Morveer’ of the inaugural Khelo India Tribal Games (KITG) were unveiled at Late B. R. Yadav Sports Stadium, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. Scheduled from 14 February 2026, the Games aim to identify and nurture sporting talent from tribal regions, promoting inclusive sports development. Featuring seven competitive and two demonstration disciplines, selected athletes will receive scholarships under the Khelo India Scheme. The event highlights tribal pride, cultural identity, and grassroots inclusion in India’s national sports ecosystem.
