Belgium’s Court of Cassation has refused Mehul Choksi’s challenge to India’s extradition request linked to the ₹13,000-crore PNB fraud case. India submitted the request on August 27, 2024. Choksi, who fled to Antigua and Barbuda in 2018, was later tracked to Belgium, where he claimed to be undergoing treatment.
