  • Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu launched 'Araku Kouni', the state's first tribal millet-based food menu, at the Collectors' Conference in the State Secretariat.
  • The menu features authentic tribal dishes from Alluri Sitarama Raju district, including Korra Payasam, Ragi Chapati, Samala Pulihora, and Kantla Ambali. Developed with support from tribal Anganwadi workers, the Indian Culinary Institute, and the AP Tourism Department, the initiative promotes tribal farmers, preserves traditional cooking, and boosts food tourism in tribal regions.
