The rebranded WAVES Film Bazaar 2025 opened in Goa with a vibrant ceremony, uniting over 300 film projects and delegates from more than seven countries. Secretary Sanjay Jaju called it a complete ecosystem for screenings and tech showcases, aligning with the PM’s vision of turning art into commerce. Korean MP Jaewon Kim’s soulful Vande Mataram added cultural warmth. Inaugurating the event, Minister Dr. L. Murugan praised its support for young creators. With new tech initiatives like the CinemAI Hackathon, the Bazaar strengthens India’s growing global film presence.
