  • “Ayush Van”, a dedicated forest for Ayurvedic plants, was opened at the Deendayal Port Trust (DPT) – Rotary Forest in the city by Union Minister of Ports, Shipping and Waterways and AYUSH Shri Sarbananda Sonowal.
  • The Ayush Van was built on 30 acres of DPT-allotted land in a green-belt area where tree planting is taking place to boost urban greenery and increase tree cover density in the Kutch region.
  • On this occasion, the Union Minister inaugurated it by planting saplings.
