“Ayush Van”, a dedicated forest for Ayurvedic plants, was opened at the Deendayal Port Trust (DPT) – Rotary Forest in the city by Union Minister of Ports, Shipping and Waterways and AYUSH Shri Sarbananda Sonowal.
The Ayush Van was built on 30 acres of DPT-allotted land in a green-belt area where tree planting is taking place to boost urban greenery and increase tree cover density in the Kutch region.
On this occasion, the Union Minister inaugurated it by planting saplings.
