Tata Elxsi and Garuda Aerospace have signed an agreement to establish a design, engineering, and certification center for developing indigenous drone technology, which will be useful for Indian defense, agriculture, and smart city projects.
Under this partnership, Tata Elxsi will lead the design, development, testing, and certification of UAV subsystems using its expertise in avionics, miniaturization, ground control systems, secure communication, and energy optimization.
