  • Joshi has replaced IAS Manoj Ahuja.
  • Joshi is presently working as Additional Secretary in the Higher Education Department.
  • Manoj Ahuja has also served as the Special Director of Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Department of Personnel and Training.
