Indian film lyricist Javed Akhtar has recently been honored with the Padmapani Lifetime Achievement Award.
This award will be presented to him at the Ajanta-Ellora Film Festival.

This festival is organized in Mumbai.
The festival serves as a platform to showcase the best films produced in India and around the world.
It is an annual event organized in collaboration with the Government of Maharashtra and the Government of India.
