Raj Kumar Arora, a 1990-batch officer of the Indian Defence Accounts Service (IDAS), has officially assumed charge as the Financial Advisor of Defence Services. Prior to this appointment, he served as the Controller General of Defence Accounts (CGDA) and has held several key positions as Integrated Financial Advisor across various commands and field offices of the Defence Accounts Department. With over three decades of experience in accounting, auditing, budgeting, and personnel management, Mr. Arora’s leadership is expected to further strengthen the financial oversight and efficiency within the Ministry of Defence.
