Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman launched the PM Dhan Dhanya Krishi Yojana, aimed at benefiting 1.7 crore farmers by enhancing agricultural productivity, promoting crop diversification, improving irrigation, strengthening post-harvest storage, ensuring better access to credit, and creating rural opportunities to reduce migration.
