NHPC Limited has collaborated with the Norwegian firm Ocean Sun to introduce floating solar energy technology in India, with a specific focus on deploying photovoltaic panels on hydro-elastic membranes.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between NHPC Limited and Ocean Sun was signed during a hybrid ceremony attended by representatives from both Norway and India, marking a significant step towards adopting innovative renewable energy solutions in the country.
