Summary

Indian Navy MR examination is held by the Indian Navy for unmarried male candidates. This exam is a good opportunity for those who wish to secure a good job as sailors for MR (MATRIC RECRUIT) under the Defence category. The age requirement to fill this form is 17 to 20 years. The selection process of the Indian Navy MR is in two rounds. Round 1 follows up with a computer-based test (C.B.T.). The C.B.T. includes multiple-choice questions in the areas of Science, Mathematics, and General Knowledge. For every wrong answer, 0.25 marks are deducted. Candidates shortlisted from this phase will be called for round 2. Round 2 is called the physical fitness test (P.F.T.). The total marks of the Round 1 computer-based test is 50 and the total time duration to complete the examination will be 30 minutes. The question paper will be bilingual (Hindi & English) and objective type. The standard of the question paper will be that of the 10th level. Qualifying in Physical Fitness Test (PFT) is mandatory for selection.
