The Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MoSPI) celebrated the culmination of the 75th Anniversary of the National Sample Survey (NSS) and World Statistics Day 2025 in Udaipur. Union Minister Rao Inderjit Singh emphasised the importance of credible statistics for a data-driven Viksit Bharat @2047. Key releases included the “From Inception to Innovation” Coffee Table Book, the updated National Industrial Classification (NIC) 2025, and the Data Innovation Lab Portal, along with demonstrations of new digital tools like CAPI.
