On June 19, 2025, the Ministry of Panchayati Raj will sign a Memorandum of Understanding with Bhashini, a MeitY initiative, to use AI-powered language tools to improve multilingual access in e-Governance at the grassroots level. The MoU will be signed at the Constitution Club of India Annexe, New Delhi, and aims to promote inclusivity in digital public services across local self-governments.
