Star Indian pistol shooter Manu Bhaker was chosen as BBC Indian Sportswoman of the Year on Monday for her outstanding performance at the Paris Olympics.
Manu was among the five nominees for this award, which included golfer Aditi Ashok, para shooter Avani Lekhara, Indian women's cricket team vice-captain Smriti Mandhana, and wrestler Vinesh Phogat, who were honored for their exceptional contributions to Indian sports.
