  • Kalyan Kumar has been named Executive Director of the Punjab National Bank (PNB).
  • The former Union Bank of India Chief General Manager has over 26 years of banking expertise.
  • Kumar is appointed to the Bank's Board of Directors under the Banking Companies Act of 1970 for a three-year term, beginning on the day of his assumption of office and ending when further instructions are issued, whichever comes first.
  • Kumar graduated from Rajendra Prasad Agriculture University in Pusa with a master's degree in science.
