Kalyan Kumar has been named Executive Director of the Punjab National Bank (PNB).
The former Union Bank of India Chief General Manager has over 26 years of banking expertise.
Kumar is appointed to the Bank's Board of Directors under the Banking Companies Act of 1970 for a three-year term, beginning on the day of his assumption of office and ending when further instructions are issued, whichever comes first.
Kumar graduated from Rajendra Prasad Agriculture University in Pusa with a master's degree in science.
